Question about JVC GR-D370 Mini DV Digital Camcorder

1 Answer

Menu Options there are two menu options, 1)when the camera is set to play and you select video mode, and 2) when the camera is set to play and you selct memory mode. The menu mode works fine for option 1, but I can't get the menu mode to display for option 2. I am trying to turn off the osund for the functions keys, and I beleive this is doable using play/video menu mode.

thanks for the try, but i'm not trying to tunr the osund down on the tape, I'm trying to turn the sound off for the function buttons. Like when you tunr the camera on and off theirs a tone, i want that off. I cannot get menu to work when camera is in the the play position and the video mode is set to memory. the documentation specifically says this will work. Camera is in Auto mode during this time.

Remove the memory stick then.. i have encountered the same trouble, defective memory card or card not properly inserted causes the unit to stall. A defective or loose function switch is also possible. Sorry i didnt get what you are trying to do with the camera. my english comprehension...

  • Anonymous Sep 03, 2007

I assumed you have done that already, automode of course lets the camera adjust by itself, everything is by the unit command, the advantage is alll shots are good.
