If you have insurance on the phone I would go for the easy way first. They usually ship within 24 hours and you are back in business. If you don't have insurance, the only thing you can do is gently open the cellphone by popping open the cover.......gently. Take a hairdryer on low speed and low heat and try to dry the inside of the phone. Let it sit for a couple days after drying. Put the cover back on and try it again. Dry the battery as well,DO NOT open the battery! Bottom line, you may be looking at a new phone. The insurance route if applicable, is the way to go. At least you know its a new. Hope this helps.
well wen you dropped it did the ink move luiek the colours where were wrong for example the white was pink etc.. if this has happened ,and it is common in touch screen phones, the phone is no longer good you can still keep it if you want but the problems will get worse n worse until its just gone
The EXACT same thing happens to me if my phone ever gets wet or sweaty! Exept the screens turns grey or black. I take out the battery and let it dry for a couple hours and i'll put it back in and its fine. :] hope this helps.
I have the same problem. I dropped it in water about 1 1/2 months ago. But it started working fine. One day i shut it off. and when i turned it back on the screen is white. I looked at the dot and its still white. It started working again but then I accidently dropped it and it messed up again. Anyway to fix it?
