Need Samsung SSC Dual Manual

Unless someone is selling a used one on eBay, you will need to contact Samsung and see if they are able to replace your manual. Is there a reason you aren't able to read the manual on your computer?

Am not familiar with an SSC-960, there are however SVR-960 (4 versions) by Samsung.

Normally Samsung follows similar installation procedures and the differences in their model are advance features and the length of recording time. If this could be of any help, this link is a users’ manual for a 1280 hrs model. It includes installation procedures.

Alternately you can try Google for “svr 960 pdf” but when I tried it most that I can get are German language versions.
