A95 Start Problem

Hi and thank you, my A95 just stop working well a few days ago, when I press the on/off botton it flash one time and then nothing, this is in playback mode, in shoting mode, it tries to open the lens but don´t do it completly, one time did it, I even took a picture and then stop working, I had change batteries, CF, review the pins of the CF, and the battery and CF covers, nothing. I had read about the CCD problem, but I am not sure if that is my case? It is out of warrranty and I am not even in the us,in my country there isn´t a canon service for digital cameras, so I really need some help.

I'd suspect a broken ribbon cable connector latch where the keypad matrix ribbon connects to the main board.

Hi Vanessa,

Please give me more info in order to help you. Are you trying to use the embroidery unit? If yes, did you send a design to the machine via your computer?

Clean light flashing 7 times. Can't start the machine

The cleam light blinking means that the unit was not able to reach a proper heated wash cycle. Either your heating element failed orthe actual sump/pump motor system has failed. Check the element in the botton and see if it looks broken anywhere. If you can see a broken spot, you will k now that is the trouble.

Good Luck!

Delay Between Flash and Taking Photo

I also have this problem on a Canon A85. For some reason setting the camera to landscape allows the shutter and flash to work together properly.
