I have a Mitsubishi VS-5004R rear projection tv. It has no picture and no audio, but I can hear the tv turn on and off when I press the power button. I can also hear a click (while the tv is on) when I press the input, but it only happens on the fourth time I press the input button.

You are on the right track. If you cannot see a picture on either antanna A or B then the tuner is suspect.
You may try hooking the cable straight into the TV if you are using a cable box, if not then you should be getting a picture when your other video devices are turned off.
The fact that you get a picture on video tells me that the AV circuits are fine.
Are there any other symptoms like blinking lights on the front or just no picture? This could be as simple as a few capacitors being bad or something more severe. Can you solder? Do you feel comfortable working inside the set where there are potentially dangerous high voltages present even with the set unplugged? Let me know and we'll work through the diagnostic process and hopfully resolve this.
