Hi, First im not very good an english. I have install Snagit 8 on my Windows 2003 Enterprise Terminal Server. I have a big HP server with 24 Gig of ram an 2 Xeon Quad CPU (8 Listed in windows). I have maybe 40 users logon all the time on the server. When one user start snagit8 and capture a screen ALL cpu load at 70 % for 3-4 Sec and the draging screen in snagit lag for 3-4 sec. My question is : Can i reduce the max cpu usage in this application or something like that (reduce the cpu load) Thx alot for your support and have a good day. Jean-Philippe Lemieux

SOURCE: I having problem with after I snag an image,
Open the snagit editor from the programs list.
The editor keeps the last few captures by default unless it was turned off in the options.
From the editor you should be able to see the image again.
Also check what file associations you may have set for additional programs and if you have set it just to copy the image to the clipboard. (a mistake I have made on occasion)
Hope this gives you the information you need but if you require additional help feel free to add any more information you may have, Operating system, browser etc.
