First of all, here is the direct link to the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for that model:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00238458.pdf
To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.
You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents. You can download this free at
WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary. Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, and then just follow the onscreen instructions to install it.
See page 95 of the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for detailed instructions on how to REPRINT FAXES FROM MEMORY.
Basically it reads:
Make sure you have paper loaded in the input tray.
Press Setup.
Press 6, and then press 4.
This selects Tools and then selects Reprint Faxes in Memory.
The faxes are printed in the reverse order they were received with the most recently received fax printed first, and so on.
If you do not need a fax that is printing, press Cancel.
The HP all-in-one begins printing the next fax in memory.
Note: You will need to press Cancel for each stored fax in order to stop it from printing.
Please comment back here to this page if you have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.
Thank you very much and good luck.
I am having the same problem
I appear to have the paper loaded correctly and the machine has 2 faxes in memory, but I can't get it to print
