Mr Babu, Please check out the Yellow pages and find the closest person near to your area. have an idea of an estimate till which you can go for a work. If this is not economical use your fridge for some more time and go for the newer models which have better energy saving factors that will be warrantied for 5/7 years and give you better service. The minor works can be done by you, replace the buld from within , get a spare from any spare part shop.water leakage can be stopped with some silicon/glue paste on to the area of leak.
