I bought a pioneer stereo thinking it would plug straight in to my FORD RAIDER but it doesn't. The ford has tow plugs and the stereo only has one. Can you help please?
Go to Ebay.com. In the search field, type in the year and model of your vehicle along with the words "stereo harness adapter". Way cheaper here and guaranteed to have them. Local stores are hit or miss. You could also cut the factory plugs out and manually wire the radio via a diagram but I strongly recommend not doing this, especially if you thought a Pioneer car stereo was plug and play to your Ford.
You need a ford to pioneer wiring adapter. available at any stereo shop.

You did not list a year for your vehicle.
I get most of the wiring diagrams from here;

Best of Luck.
