It has nothing to do with cartrigdes. You have an undetected paper jam. You need a pair of tweezers and a torch and need to play lets find the nasty small hard to see bit of paper or ujo (unidentified jamming object) i had a piece of toddler toy cardboard so small once i had to remove it from my roller with a pair of tweezers so don't laugh at me!!! Good luck. Make sure you look everywhere, including inside unit, and down the back where paper goes too. Cheers.
If you are very sure you could find no evidence of a jam, then we must suspect a combo of printer roller issies and perhaps printhead clogs. Have you ever manually cleaned your printheads (with cleaning solution and cotton buds?) this can often fix no ink getting to paper. The worst case scenario is your paper sensor needs replacing, and unfortunatley if it turns out tobe this it will have to go in for repairs. A paper sensor malfunction could explain all problems at once but that does not mean it is definite. I would clean the printheads thoroughly, right down where cartridges sit, and rollers. Also check if rollers are even and not sitting crooked or askew themselves. Once all this is done, turn off printer, unplug, replug after a while, and turn on again. Try reprinting. Also, place no more than 10 sheets of correct paper in feeder and see how you go. When you put paper in, check the paper guides are sittinf snug against edge of paper. Paper guides that are too firm against paper will make it pull crooked and cause jams. Good luck. Post back in no good.
