is that happen to all games?

is that the sony official firmware or is it custom firmware also know as CFW. you will have to have cfw installed on your psp to be able to play downloaded games. on your psp go to SETTINGS> SYSTEM SETTINGS> SYSTEM INFORMATION in there after the system software it should read something like "5.00 m33-6" the m33 part is the important part. if it doesn't have that then more than likely your psp doesn't have cfw installed. another is the "genA"genB"or "genC" these are the more popular cfw out there. so get your psp with one of these firmwares and once done you'll have many options to go from there.

You can't play games off of your psp because u need to get a CFW (custom firmware).. which can be done by the chicken hen mod or many others ,, u can find tons of Cfw tutorials on youtube.

now the CFW is a firmware that enables the psp to read the games. the best CFW are m33-X or gen-A/B

could be some sort of brick just re flash the psp or just disable all plugins to see if thats the problem

Try this (you're working with M33 CFW installed device, please note that risk of bricked is 50%. It's recommended that technicians service are needed.):
1. Get the latest M33 firmware update from http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1570

4. Read the instructions carefully and you'll successfully update your PSP to the latest firmware.
5. Please note that before you upgrading your system your battery must be fully charged until 100%.

There is no CFw 4.05m33 update, Dax not created it.!! The latest update for PSP Cfw is 5.00m33. You can find it by googling or see at my blog here!.

To change your psp from 4.05 official firmware you'll need pandora - magic stick (latest update DC7), because since high kernel released, cfw can be installing from 1.50 OF and 3.52 for fat(old model) psp.. and 3.60 for slim psp as starting point.

u should bring your psp to a repair shop and have them put in a new mother board for u

or if u are tech enhanced u kan get ahold of another motherboard on ur own and put it in


now heres the hard part

u will need to find a motherboard that kan be downgraded easily so u kan upgrade it with the kustom firmware

oh yeah 3.71 m33-2 is so old. they have 5.00 m33-3 with 1.50 kernel addon now

hi your previous psp version is 3.80 m33 if yes your using custom firmware that why you can play game to your memory stick the problem is you upgrade your psp firmware to sony official firmware 5.01 you reinstall your firwmware again using custom firmware like 5.00 m33-3 cfw below with m33 or OE
