go to settings call settings click more setting then click call forwarding.click voice call. click disable on all the four always forward , etc and you should be able to receive calls

Hi,If your account is enabled for voice mail, you can receive voice messages in your Inbox and also in a text message on your mobile phone. Both the message in your Inbox and the text message will include a preview of the voice message in text.
How do I set up voice mail?

1. Go to https://outlook.com to sign in to your mailbox, go to Options > Voice Mail tab, and then click Set Up Now.
2. When you set up your voice mail:
* You'll register your mobile phone number.
* Text messaging is set up. You can choose to be notified in a text message that you have voice mail or have missed a call.
* Call forwarding is set up so that your mobile provider forwards calls you receive to your voice mail. So if you don't answer your phone, your phone is busy, or you're unreachable or unavailable, the caller will be sent to your voice mail. After your personal greeting is played, the caller can leave a voice message for you.
* You can test whether your voice mail has been set up correctly by dialing your mobile phone number from your mobile phone. This verifies that call forwarding is correctly set up with your mobile provider.

How do I change my voice mail after I've set it up?

After you've finished setting up voice mail, you may want to:

* Change the mobile provider's voice mail number so you can use the key your provider has reserved for accessing voice mail to access your voice mail. For details about how to do this, see Changing the Number You Call to Access Your Voice Mail.
* Create a contact on your mobile phone. For details about how to do this, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail.
* Assign a speed dial key to the contact you create for Outlook Web App voice mail. For details about how to do this, see Set Up Speed Dialing for Voice Mail.

What else do I need to know?

* The voice mail service is available only to certain customers in certain regions. If you can use voice mail, you'll see a welcome message in your Inbox telling you how to set up voice mail for your account.

Get that guide, it is very straight forwards.
Setting voice mail, is only done, through the phone, not by, the phone. page 6 shows you how to log/In out. You need to do this first to be able to access the voice mail. Again, in same page, it shows you step by step via a drawing of buttons, each row of words explains another way to call forward, you just press the corresponding numbered button

Hi, make sure that the phone is set to go to Voice Mail, 601 *** ( Voice Mail number) forwards all calls, 602***(Voice Mail no.) is to forward callers to Voice Mail when that extension is busy or unanswered. If you have "set up" voice mail, you must have dialed a number to get there, like 165 or 500 or something. You have to tell the phone to forward calls to it. From the intercom, start with *7104 and the extension of the voice mail group plus #. There are 5 levels of Call Forwarding and 3 conditions. The *710x forwards both intercom and outside calls where 2 is ALL 3 is busy 4 is no answer and 5 is BUSY/NA. There's more, but these are the basic. Once you set it, the FWD/DND button acts as a toggle to turn it on and off.

If you're into punishment, try page 192 of the attached pdf. It explains all of the Call Forward and Do Not Disturb options, as well as all of the set operating instructions for a TDA system.

You have to change the rings from the voice mail server. If you don't know your way around the server, its best to get a local NEC tech although it is fairly simple to navigate. Depends on your skill. Typical default password for the server is NEC

THere are two answers to you question, depending on certain options and conditions.

First, where is the voice mail and where is the call waiting coming from?

1. If Voice Mail (VM) is located in the central office and you have a destination for call forward BUSY/NO ANSWER it will go to CO VM.

2. If Voice Mail on premise (Partner Mail), and you have CF BUSY/NO ANSWER set on your phone, it will go to voice mail....IF the call waiting is coming from another line. The CF and ring count is set in Partner system programming.

3. If you have call waiting coming on the same phone line and don't have CO VM, then you have no voice mail.

My CO codes for VM are 72# for Call Forwarding and *92 for CF Busy.
