Question about Ahead Software Nero 6.0 (60045) for PC
What is meant by "Burning" is that in the CD/DVD There is a "Head" inside which is a "Solid State Laser Beam Generator" this "Beam" is then "Modulated" by the "Recording" (Burning) software in such a way that it causes an actual "Burnt Area" to be formed on the "Substrate" of the CD/DVD "Medium". This "Area" is then able to B "Read" via another laser & using the "Reflected Light" is "Sensed" by a "Detector" area in the Laser "Head" that translates the resultant signal, when played back.. So really the word "Burn" is just a "catch phrase" to indicate the "Recording" proceedure of data transfer on a CD/DVD.
