Razor r3 having a problem. i am not getting incoming calls when i answer and say hello i am getting my own feedback and cannot hear the other person. all other functions work fine and i can call out fine. any ideas.

You need to replace the earpiece cable in your phone......take it to a mobile service center and have them replaced it for you or take it to a mobile technician.

Maysie, This is a Speaker problem (hardware problem), show some official repairer to change or fix it, but temporary you can use headphone or Bluetooth to communicate by your device. Best of Luck.

That means the speaker for the ear is damaged and needs to be/replaced/repaired. Most devices come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. If unsure about the purchase date check with your carrier.

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.
