When i push the on button to start the upload only thing that happens is the cam turns on. Nothing else.
It couldd be the computer no recognising the camera. If you have software from CD loaded- Remove it. Then with the camera plugged in and switched and set to upload- REboot the computer
Does the camera actually take pictures?
How many images are there on the card?
What can you see in the LCD?

What I need to know now is what computer system are you on?
Then the camera should be recoginsed.
I am not familiar how a camera with built in memory and a card slot actually gets read.
Is it possible that as switched on it is looking at the empty card slot when it should be looking at the on board memory?
How does it change from one to other?

still need help.
deleted software and reloaded it. Still doesnt work.
it does take pics. the camera has a spot for more pics,but I only use what space is on the camera itself. I can do about 60 pics. Everything looks fine until you plug in the usb cord and try to get things to load. Nothing happens.
custom computer...runs on windows xp. let me know what else u need
