My psp doesnt read the disc.. and i cant play at all

do an online update they are better and bring you all the wat up to date instead of whats inprinted on the disc so try that first

if u talking about disc games probably doesnt work because the laser is bad or emulators is cause probably the emulator doesnt have games or the psp doesnt apply the requiredments of the emulator.

Hrm, I've seen DVD players with a similar problem. The solution was to dismantle them and apply fresh lubricant to the gears that control the movement of the laser, or to replace those gears if they're broken.
Seems like that technique could work for a PSP, but I imagine it would be more difficult.

you just cant play those movies because the region code is not the same as on your psp try to get movies with the same region code

try cleaning the inside of it... maybe its just dusty so dust accumulates heat.. hence overheating the lens and watever's inside the psp.

u should upgrade it....

Well, mario, if you got the psp for christmas, just send it back in to sony and use your warranty, they'll give you a new psp.

Buy a UMD disk cleaner this may help

failing that make sure system plays other discs or that the disc you are trying to play, plays in another PSP.

If it plays other discs fine its not the PSP its the disc.

If it doesn't then its the PSP that will need to be sent away for repair.

Try a different disk? I've found that sometimes when you turn on the psp and you're in the game menu of the PSP menu, the UMD won't be there, but if you go over to music or something, and go back to game, it will have returned.
