new --under warranty -- take it in for a warranty service and adjustment
they will know how to adjust it as well as will have the correct tools for the job
This is a common problem out of the box for weedeater products. This simply needs a carb adjustment which is not something the consumer can do (requires a special tool), You will need to take this to a weedeater dealer near you to get it done, it's covered under the warranty.
when I bought mine. The weed eater didn't start right away so I took it back where I bought it and I had them look over it. when reading the manuel It said that it might not start right away becuse the fuel mixture needs to be adjusted on the pro prolan pp125 weed eated. so we utilized what we had around us and found a tube. adjusted it and it started right up.
