The address icon does not initiate on the home screen. However, I can access a contact database in the search mode.When the track ball is depress nothing happens over the contact icon.

If you reside in the USA, your local public library system probably subscribes to several different databases of repair manuals for a variety of motorized vehicles. I suggest you contact your local public library and ask if they provide access to the EBSCO database Small Engine Repair Reference Center.

If the library system subscribes to that database, if you already hold a valid library borrower card, you can access the database for free through your home or work computer and through the library home page, by logging into your library borrower account.

When you talk with a reference / information librarian at your local public library, ask him / her to talk you through how to go about accessing the database.

If you need to obtain library borrower (and online access) privileges, you will need to visit your local public library and apply for a library borrower card. Be sure you have photo ID with you, like your current driver's license.

While you are at the library, ask one of the reference / information librarians to provide you with one-on-one instruction in accessing the proper database for motorcycle repair.

If you do not know the phone number or location of your local public library, you can find that information using this search strategy with your favorite search engine (using quotation marks as shown):
"City Name, State" "public library"

Example:
"Salt Lake City, Utah" "public library"

One of the top search results will be the link to the public library home page.

Note: Your local public library = Your taxpayer dollars at work.

It depends on the connection mode you are using.
If you are using a wired network connection, then you have to ensure that your pc is configured to the address of the network you are using. Make sure that you have the correct IP address configured on your system. If you can not do this yourself, contact the technician who installed the connections to help you further.
If you are using a wireless connection via wireless LAN, ensure that you search for the network. Go to the notification area icon at the bottom right of the screen, right click on the internet access icon, and search for the network. Before you connect to the network make sure you have access to it.
If you are using a modem, be sure that the subscription is intact. You should have subsribed to a bundle.
When you have satisfied those conditions you click on connect.

Hi, You can import phone data from a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card to the address book application on your BlackBerry smartphone.
Contacts in the address book can be saved to the SIM card individually. You cannot import data from the address book to the SIM card.
To import a single contact, complete the following steps:
1)On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, open the Address Book.
2) Display the menu and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded.
3) Select the contact you want to import, then select Add to Address Book.
4) In the New Address screen, add any additional information.
Import all contacts, complete the following steps:
1) On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, open the Address Book.
2) Display the menu and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded.
3) Display the menu and select Copy All To Address Book.
4) Go back to the Address Book and make sure all the entries are displayed.
After adding information to ddress book you can able to veiw contact list, I hope this information will be helpfull.

Try going to the application menu and click the 'app' button (the one to the left of the track ball) scroll down to "Show All" .... Good Luck!

see if the LDB file still exist and delete it...

Whenever you open an Access database, a file with the same name as the database and an extension of LDB will be opened automatically. For example if you open Northwind.mdb in the samples directory of your Access/Office installation, a file called Northwind.ldb will be generated. This new file keeps track of users and the objects that require some form of locking in the database. When all users have exited gracefully from the database, the LDB file is closed down and deleted.
