Isync How can I sync my ical with my v3 phone. I am running Mac OS 10.3.9, isync 1.5 and ical 1.5.5.

make sure that in iTunes your phone is set to sync with ical through the computer and isn't trying to sync through iCloud

You will need iSync.

Microsoft Entourage application. To accomplish this, complete the following steps:-

1) If the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the Mac computer, use the Eject option to remove the BlackBerry
smartphone from the Mac computer.
2) Close the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3) Open Microsoft Entourage.
4) On the Microsoft Entourage menu bar, go to Entourage > Preferences.
5)Within General Preferences, click Sync Services.
To turn on contact list synchronization, select the Synchronize contacts with Address Book and MobileMe check box
To turn on calendar synchronization, select the Synchronize events and tasks with iCal and MobileMe check box
note:- When Sync Services has been enabled and the OK button is selected, a new dialog window appears with the following choices:

1)Replace Entourage items with Sync Services items.
2)Replace Sync Services items with Entourage items.
3)Merge Entourage items with Sync Services items.

The LG150 isn't listed, sadly. It's possible you find an iSync add-on that would support your phone, though.

Disconnect the USB cable from your Motorola phone featuring iTunes, Wait 10 seconds & Reconnect the USB cable to the phone (it will confirm the connection with a tone). Again Wait 10 seconds, then open iSync and try syncing again. If the issue continues, turn your Motorola phone featuring iTunes off and then back on. Then open iSync and try syncing again.

Hi -- this is not possible yet. The P990 is a Series 60 UIQ 3 phone and neither Sony Ericsson, nor Apple, nor a third party, has written the code to enable iSync usage for this phone. (Or the Nokia S60 phone either.) It was rumoured that Apple would sort this out for Leopard, but they haven't. What you can do for contacts is Send them from Address Book to your phone, but that is a one-way thing and you can't sync changes later, just delete the set from your phone and re-send an updated one from your Mac.

Personally I greatly prefer to use iCal over Palm Desktop. The important thing is not to try to use both at once, or you will have major problems. If you choose to switch back after trying iSync, you must also be very careful not to use conflicting conduits.
