Ha ha ha ha i only laugh because i now know whats wrong with your system the same thing that was wrong with mine ok cue to the sound not comeing on you have a external amp , you should well anyways just disconnect the remote wire the blue wire that you had first hooked up now connect the second blue wire to the remote wires for the the amps now when you play dvds or cds you will now be able to hear due to the remote always sending signal instead of signal from the radio which is for the antena if you wer to have an electric one

The problem was that when my husband moved the screen on the truck he cut the wires with a metal wire cutter and cut them both at the same time so this messed up the sound from the dvd! What a ding dong!

Hi all, I have Nesa Vision NSC-111 Car Video Player. It was installed by professional car audio shop. It was working fine for 2-3 weeks and then NO SOUND. I try all frequency on DVD and my radio. I reset by pressing reset button, also reset all defaults in menu, still no sound. Then after few days when I stat car and turn on DVD it was working fine for one day and then same thing, no sound. Is any one know or have similar issue? It looks like FM transmitter which build in to DVD does not work properly or loosing connection? Any help?
