I have Sony multi channel av receiver STR-DH510 hooked to a jamo mpa-201 amp. The receiver is hooked to 2 speakers in my living room. They work fine. The rest of my house is wired with speakers that have volume controls in each room. They no longer work and the LED on the amp has turned orange. Any ideas?

The STR directs sound to the center as instructed by its speaker setup. You say the center does not work on calibration. Is it defined?

Prove another speaker does or does not work on the center output. Then we'll know if it's the receiver or the speaker ensemble that has the problem.
