Dvd duplicator freezing up

Dear Rip Off Artists,
I was stupid enough to buy one of your external DVD players.
Many people that I know said that it was garbage, but it was cheap (From Radio Shack) so I bought it.

The machine never worked for one single minute and your support was Like a case of venereal disease (easy to get for awhile but with the same results)

I’ve since thrown your garbage where it belongs and got a DVD player that work from SONY.

It is just a sin to me that I have to buy a foreign product to keep from getting the kind of **** that you sell
