I replaced my black cartridge and now I cannot print in COLOR. The ink levels are good on the color cartridge, I cleaned the cartridge per manufacturer's instructions. When I align the cartridge, or when I clean the nozzles, I get color on the output sheets, but cannot print any documents in color. Everything wants to print in draft black and white. I've changed the print options in my software and and in Windows and still cannot print in color. Help?
Try printing a windows test page from the driver software, START-SETTINGS_PRINTERS-DELL964- properties,,etc. If the test page prints with color then I believe that your driver is set to print in greyscale. If you can't find that option in the driver you might try to re-install the driver from your original cd.

How do you clean the ink jet nozzles on the 966 dell printer? the print is uneven when it copies - I have cleaned around the cartridge heads excess ink from the cartridge but I don't know where the nozzle is to clean it and what to use to clean it.
