I want to change sim card in my nokia N72

Try changing the sim card, as some sim cards may not work on other phones, or the sim card might be old.

Contact mobile tech to change the Sim card Filter (IC).But first insert other sim card and try.Thanks

This problem is called the 'insert sim' problem, there are several possibilities but first of all clean the sim card and the sim card interface on your phone. Next try it with another sim card. sim card rejected my 6630 even i change my sim card

Hi there, will your please turn-on your N72 in offline mode with sim card & then reset the factory settings. Password is 12345. After that change the mode in general, outdoor etc.

you need to replace your SIM card now the PUK is a PERSONAL UNLOCK KEY code that changes on a daily basis and if you dont call the provider for this and enter the wrong code too many times it "burns" the sim (security feature)

Copy all ur contact to sim memory if it's more than sim memory then copy & paste to n70 to n72 alternativaly

You can copy all photos from ur N70 to ur pc & paste the same in N72

sounds like a manufacturer error....take the phones back to where you bought them from and have them exchanged

1. its mainly due to Sim card get older and bend. So it cannot seat well in its slot.
2. Remove the Sim card. Check whether Sim card is normal. Due to the dust on the Sim also can cause this problem
3. May be the phone's Sim slot pin allignment problem. Check whether the all pins are good.
4. Some times when phone falls to the ground makes the Sim move from its slot. So also this problem occurs.
5. if problem persists even after these diagnosis methods.
