I am searching for a service manual for an old Ricoh Fax Machine that will tell me how to service the ink, change the fax info at the top of the transmitted fax pages from the previous owners info, and program any of the other features.

On these machines there should be a button for set up or maintance on the fax machine.
If you can find this you may need to scroll and find the setup menu and enter in the fax setup area to add these changes. There are other sections to add date and time and store copies to memory or even print and set junk mail to off.
If the machine is old you may try the internet to search for a manual for this product or seek the vendor for publication manuals.
hello there here is several links that will help you out ok best regards michael

It's more complicated than it needs to be. You'll have to refer to the user manual under 'user parameters'. It's to difficult to explain here. But I can tell you that it is switch '3'......Bit '0' that needs to be changed. manual is here if you need it: http://www.ricoh-usa.com/downloads/manuals.asp?tsn=Ricoh-USA
* select "Fax 2000L" from the drop down menu (it's the same as yours"
A good place to find one is on copytechnet.com. I checked some of the service manual websites and nothing was comming up with that model number. It could be because Pitney Bowes spun it off into Imagistics and now it's called Oce. Usually the copiers are made by Ricoh. Someone on there would know where to get the service manual under the Ricoh model number as well.
