Hi, apologies - i am unable to answer your question ref; printer problems. BUT i note, previously you were able to advise someone else with regard to problems with a cable & wireless CWD4900SE answer machine. I have contacted C & W, who say they no longer supply any telecoms eqpt, and that they originally only supplied through Alba, in the UK. You shouldn't have to do anything special, just place the new handset into the main base station so it can sync to your frequency.

If that's not working, then the refurbished unit is defective and you should exchange it.
