Re: blower motor does not work
Most likely the capacitor is all you will need to replace. However, it is impossible to be sure the motor was not damaged until after you have the capacitor replaced.
Dead capacitors usually result in a lack of power, not a surge of power, so it is unusual for a dead capacitor to damage other components.

There is a water drain usually a black rubber or plastic tube that gets clogged with leaves and dirt.look on passenger side inside the engine compartment firewall stick a long plastic zip tie in there if water gushes out its clogged
If you have replaced the blower motor and the blower resistor, you must have a failed blower switch. Also look for indications of overheated connectors/terminals. Blower motors draw high amperage when operation on high speed, many times melting the plastic connectors housing the spade terminals carrying the heavy current load.
The first thing to do is determine if the engine is reaching proper operating temperature. If the engine thermostat is defective the heater will not work at cruise speeds but will warm up at idle after a moment.
