My Nokia c2-00 shows "Contacts not ready" message after I turned it on. I can't see received calls, missed calls, dialled calls & contacts list. I can make a dial call, but I can't get receive call. How to solve this problem?

The above is probably correct, the unit should be repaired by a technician with relevant experience....this is probably a job the end user can not handle
you only have a couple options.. find the same phone with something else broken and buy it cheao and swap the glass.. or pay to have the glass replaced.. try craigslist..
what is your phone model? if you are using a sliding phone, the problem there is your flex, try changing it. or if that wont work, your phone's LCD is damaged.
Try turning the phone off. When the screen appears and says "slide to turn off" or cancel, press cancel. If that works then do it again but slide to turn off. If you cant slide, then you need a new digitizer. There are some other things to try like a hard reset, where you hold the power button and the home button at the same time when it's plugged into the computer, but I've never been able to get that to fix a phone where the slide capability stopped working.
If it is a slide phone then the problem would be in the connector of the slide.
If its not a slide then you need to replace the glass IC (Keypad IC) of the cell phone.
