Do you know how i can obtain the drivers/software for intel corporation usb camera model cs330 ?

The windows xp drivers for this webcam can be located at

Unfortunately I have had no luck locating drivers for vista / 7.

I have intel camera CS330, it worked perfect in Windows XP, but now I intalled Windows 7 64bit and I can not use this camera, because I have not driver for Windows 7 64. Previose driver for Windows XP...

Hi,

The Intel CS330 is not supported on Windows 7.

If you have the Professional or Ultimate SKU, you can try running it in XP mode. Otherwise I'm afraid the only option is to use a cam with Win7 support.

I want intel webcam cs330 driver

The most current drive is the INTEL PC Camera Pack (CS330) Driver 6.0.0.37 for Windows XP.

There are websites that offer updated drivers, some want you to download their driver update program, some have fees but not sure any of them can provide anything newer than above.

You might try thhs one; http://driverscollection.com/?file_cid=40913332647e81cf79d123e7baa; I have not used so not sure if you have to downlaod a driver scanner program or if they charge a fee. They are only offering the verison noted above.

I have noted some comments on forums that there is no driver for this camera for Windows Vista; the camera came out in 1998 and was for Windows Me and up to XP. One person noted it willl run in Windows 7, 32 bit with PnP.

Another person noted that they have been able to run the camera in WIndows 7, 64 bit, if you set the program to run in Windows Vista compatibility mode.; did not work for another but you may wish to try.

Make sure you create a restore point before you try and note there are no guarantees this work!

To do this:

1) Download the driver utility (CS330.exe in this case) to your desktop.
2) Right click on the icon and select "Restore Previous Versions"
3) Select the "Compatibility" tab.
4) Check the box for "Compatibility Mode" and select "Windows Vista (Service pack 2) from the drop-down menu.
5) Click "Apply" and then "Ok"
6) Reboot your computer and click on the icon to install. Follow instructions given on the screen.

You should download the driver for Windows XP, unzip it (if not specified otherwise C:\temp\cs330_XP).

I guess that if you say the camera doesn't work it means you already tried to connect it to the USB in your computer. If so, right-click on "My Computer" and click on "Manage". Go to "Device Manager (under "System Tools"). You should see there a device named "Unknown Device". Double click on it and go to the Driver tab. click "Update driver..." and select "Browse my computer for driver software". Now, select the location you unzipped the driver to (as said before, usually C:\temp\cs330_XP) and click next until windows will try to install the driver. This can take from a few seconds to a few minutes. After a while (for me it took about 2.5 minutes so be patient) windows should say the installation was succesful.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.
You can download driver from bottom link
