The screen voltage is low and it can be pushed up if you increase the screen voltage. If this wont help check for the grid voltage, there is a capacitor in the grid circuit which is about 10-20 mfd/250 volts. Check if this voltage is present or the fusiible link from the EHT is open. Check the rectifier in this circuit. Take care when you check these HT sections.
