Trutech T2000-FT ATSC doesnt work with cable connection

Everytime we turn on our tv it works for about 5 minutes or so and then goes gets fuzzy and turns off. The cable connection is fine and we've tried 3 different cable cords.

THE TV WONT DO ANYTHING BUT GO TO A BLUE SCREEN NO SOUND OR PICTURE. THE ONLY THING THIS TV IS CONNECTED TO IS CABLE WHICH WORKS WITH OTHER TVS.

You should be able to connect the AV cables to either one of the INPUT slots. Then choose AV from input.

I have a tcl tv it turns on but pic fades in an out it is extremly blotchy fuzzy

You may want to turn off your tv for like 5 to 10 minutes. Turn it on again, check if it is same thing. If so, you may want to check cables connected on the back of it. More than likely, there is loose connection. Still same? check INPUT by pressing INPUT, SOURCE, TV/VIDEO and choose one by one on the input lists until get pic.

I have a 2 year old LG LCD TV (model 42LG60) and I am having problems with the screen. I turn it on and everything is fine for a few minutes and then the screen goes to red or green lines that are fuzzy....

Not really a solution, sorry, but I've got the very same problem. I haven't noticed the time before tv faults, but nontheless, it greenscreens or like in your case, redscreens as well. I've been told to open the back, which I did to check the status of the capicitors, which I've done. But, the capacitors "seem" fine. No bulging or popped tops. So, I'm at a stand still...not sure what to do at this point. If someone gives you solution, I sure would appreciate your forwarding it on to me. Thanks. Robert

I would try cleaning the connections to the xbox and the TV. Also you could try connecting with a different type of cable (VGA or use the HDMI cable).
If that doesn't clear things up then you could have a hardward problem with your xbox.

Try connecting the TV directly to a different wall outlet and check. If the issue persists, try power resetting the TV. Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue persists, then the TV requires service.

TV turns off after 3 minutes or goes black

It may be an overheated capacitor in the power supply. You can test these with a capacitor tester

I posted to your problem with a similar one. I was able to get my PS3 to work by:

1.) Powering down both the PS3 and ViewSonic LCD
2.) Unplugging the power cables to both PS3 and LCD
3.) Waiting at least 10 or more seconds
4.) Plugging in the power cables to both PS3 and LCD
5.) Turning on the ViewSonic LCD
6.) Turning on the PS3 and holding down the power button until the beep

After this sequence I heard the bootup audio and the menu appeared on the screen- which detected the HDMI connection to my LCD.

Very odd.. I've had my PS3 in the same place for months and just today this happened.

I wanted to post my success. Best of luck!
