VISTA drivers Purchased new COMPAC PC/vista premium package on6/15/07. unable to conect my LexmarkP3150 AIO printer do to drivers not being available "YET". The manufacturer Lexmark says it now ship's new pc with vista os and supports lexmark printers. ? HOW DO I GET THE NEW DRIVERS??? Ireally dont want to get a new printer because I liked this one + it hardly been used.PLEASE HELP / ANY INFORMATION.Thank You

I have the same problem. I bought a new Dell computer with Vista and my lexmark 3150 will not work. I don't want to buy a new printer either because I liked this one. But what do we do?

I too purchased a new Dell computer with the windows vista home premium edition. I can install the printer to my computer, but when I attempt to print something, the computer gives me a message that it is unable to communicate with the printer

I too have this printer and love it!! It just will not work with my vista laptop. I purchased a Lexmark X7550, but getting the ink in my area is a pain. The ink for the 3150 is easier to get on ebay.

HP had the most bad printers for vista and xp.
If you buy a HP, you buy problems!

For this problem i'm also searching, lexmark is a good merk, neither is HP!

Printer DeLL AIO 922 is not accepted by Acer with vista premium

You will have to uninstall all the old drivers first as the pc will use those first then re install new driveres from dell

Duplexer not working with my new vista 64 bit system, can't find drivers...the standard vista drivers don't work.

You could load the 32bit version of XP in to a VM and share the printer. You would then print via the VM.
Why are you using 64 bit Vista?

Did u installed the drivers for vista? if not, go to this site, select OS VISTA, download the drivers and install them. On that site you will find the manual to if you lokr to read hot to install it correct.

Problems printing on HP 1220c using vista

1.make sure printer is in ready condition(lamp indicator not blinking) and conected.if blinking thers problems with printer ,catridge or something
2.contrlol panel>printer chek status of printer.if 'offline' its not properly conected.if 'ready' then>
3.download hp diagnostic tool from hp website and run it.it will detect the problem and follow the instruction.if not work>
4.uninstal driver and printer,reinstal it.if not work>
5.try on another comptr.
