Question about Macromedia Flash MX
If you can view it with internet explorer, then it was downloaded to your temporary internet explorer files (cache). You can find the directory where the temporary files are stored here: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR-USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files or On Internet Explorer 7.0 click on: tools->internet options: On Browsing History click on Settings and then View files. Search for the file in question and then copy it to your desktop or any other folder. Let me know if that solved your problem, Daniel

You probably don't need all 5 files you just need a player that show swf files (movies)
Here is a free one:

If its a script that combines all together I can probably built you a small html file that will show this clip, but I will need the url for it.
If the player doesn't work please send me the url so I can look at it.
Hi nonneLJ,
Sorry the script is not in the html nor the javascript file it is probably built-in the flash. what you can use is a Screen Capture software that records everything you see in your computer into a movie.
Here is a good one:

Free for 14 days...
Here are some more examples:

The program is very easy to use and only have a small logo on the top right side.
Once the program created the file you should export it - choose file-Export to avi,WMV or flash so you will have your version of it since it is a free product.
You can probably delete your account from piegetonami.com once you have your copy so others won't see it...
Good luck

Hi Daniel9,
Sorry for the delay in acknowledging your answer but I have been away for a while.
Solution 1 is out : Since I have had XP, my Temporary Internet Files folder does not keep anymore (???) all the downloaded data (like it used to with Windows 98)... It only has ONE folder : Content.IE5 which contains 4 EMPTY sub-folders : 9KRTGN64, DAGOUZUV, S5YBOTYB, SHIBOHIB and a DAT file called : index. Another mystery to solve..!!!
Solution 2: BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!! The previous mystery is solved..! I now know how to view the temporary files. Thanks heaps!!!
I wonder why they hid them so well on XP..??
However, the plot thickens... Instead of finding a single swf file, I have 2 of them downloading... plus a JPEG, 2 HTML documents and a JScript script file...!!! Perhaps I ought to explain that the flash file I am trying to save has in fact been created by myself on a promotional website by pasting someone's face (a JPEG of my wife) on a funny flash video clip... This probably why all five are needed...
The clip is so hilarious that I must save it!! It will not remain for ever on the server...
There must be a way of putting all 5 bits together to make it work without being on line. I have tried all sorts of combinations but to no avail...
I can supply the lURL if required.
Thanks for your help.

Hi again,
I have tried Flash Movie Player but it only plays the original clip before I added the new face... great tool though which I'll use again and again, thanks. I have tried all sorts of combinations but because of the script (I believe), nothing works unless I am on line...
So here is the URL : http://www.piegetonami.com/index.php?id=...
If that makes it to YouTube I will be faced with a divorce!!! so, PLEASE!!!! not at my age!!!! I hope you can tell me what to do with these extra files which download with the clips. Thanks again.

PS It probably will not look as funny to you since you do not know my wife!!
