I am not able to transfer from Napster (which I have 82 times before) or Windows media. The computer acts like it doesn't recognize the player. What can I do?

This player shipped with a defect in its software, and ILO knows about it, but wont admit it. they gave me a program that fixes it, and told me not to share it. yeah Fkn rite. anyway, im trying to FIND that prog cuz mines broken again. at any rate, whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to format the device in windows. you WILLL make it worse! you need the little program that rewrites the device back to factory. lets all go look for it. if i dont post again and u can't find it, CALL ILO. they will email it to you.

Hi lcharlingen3... Downloading Music to your MP3 Player
1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer. NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11. If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10. 2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer. 3...Open Media Player on your computer. 4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player. 5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on. 6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it. 7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player. Please take time to rate me thumbs up.
Move all the files to the windows media player. So the songs are listed in the media player. Then connect the device and use the sync option in the media player. There may also be a sync option in napster but I think the windows media player would work better.
I dont't knw napper, but widows media player is not compatible with samsung gadgets, so when you transfer files you only can carrying it on. try transfere files via SAMSUNG MEDIA STUDIO 5 (software include with the device) that automatically recognize the gadget firmware and convert files when transfere.
make sure to use the applet in the system tray (bottom right corner) that when left clicked, opens a list of available usb devices to stop before disconnecting.
