My volume icon keeps appearing and if run up the volume it keeps running it down to nothing . it will not stop. can not increase volume but volume icon keeps appearing randomly

Yes, its possible to hard reset your tablet. Turn off the device, hold the power and Volume up buttons together. Once the device turns on release the power button and continue to hold the volume up button. A Sceen with the android service icon will appear. Press the volume down button and select (wipe data/ factory reset) option. be sure to press the power button to select the option. scroll down using the volume keys to (YES- Delete all user data) then press the power button again. when you hold the Iphone in your hand with the round button with the square inside it on the bottom of the phone. turn the right side of the phone down to the floor while you do this look for 3 buttons on the side of the phone the TOP button must be pushed upwards at all times this flip switch is your MUTE switch pushed down it is in must mode switched up is sound mode. Below this is 2 buttons the button just under the top flip switch is volume up the other one is volume down there ya go.
