Vista runs extremly slow so you should get the computer up to date and you and like alewis said you need a disk to get windows XP back you can call tech support to get the recovory disk and if you still have a warrenty you can get that disk for free or you can go to wal mart target or a computer store and get windows xp OS (operating system) back wich will cost you about $100

Any XP installation disk will format your hard drive. All you have to do is boot the XP installation disk and follow the prompts. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE YOU CAN'T GO BACK! unfortunately you can't recover on OS that you've overwritten... And if you could you wouldn't want to. You need an install disk, which Compaq should provide for you.

What's the maximun of ram memory that compaq presario 6025ea can admit?

This is an older model computer, and therefore it can't utilize the large amount of RAM that more current models can.

The Presario 6025EA has two DIMM slots and comes with 256MB of RAM installed. The maximum amount of RAM that can be installed is 1GB. To upgrade to this, you will need two 512MB DDR-266 (PC2100) RAM modules.

Vista RAM usage ?

The minimum recommended ram for Vista is 1 GB, generally accepted practical minimum is 2 GB. A 1 GB system will be kinda laggy. Maximum RAM for 32 bit Vista is 4 GB.

Vista Home Premium is roughly equivalent to Windows XP Media Center Edition (Has Media Center, cann't be put on a DOMAIN type network)

Vista Business is roughly equivalent to Windows XP Professional (Can Join a Domain, Doesn't have Media Center)

Vista Ultimate has all available freatures of Vista, you can do any windows function with Ultimate

Kingston valueram 512mb

How do you mean nothing is showing up?
The fact you can get into BIOS usually means that something is right.

This board can go upto 2GB RAM

look at the kingston configurator page for info and compare it against the memory you bought (exact part numbers are a must). With Windows VIsta Ultimate you should be using 1gb Sticks not 512.
