Shortcut battery with AC contact. AC can be found on the sides of watch movement(very tiny). You have to use pointed tweezers: one end on battery+, another on AC contact for three secs.

I cant set the time on my adidas duramo watch. It says 'offset' and below it says '1H'

This has already been posted on Fixya, so I take no credit for it. I've put the original reply below :-

Directions for setting the time on the adidas duramo / furano / uraha / paruko watch 1. press and hold the SET/LIGHT button (upper left) until "light on" or "light off" is displayed 2. press the MODE button (lower left) until "hour" is displayed and the hour digits are flashing 3. use the START/STOP (upper right) button to increase the hour, and use the LAP/RESET (lower right) button to decrease the hour 4. press the MODE (lower left) button again and "minute" is displayed and the minute digits are flashing 5. use the START/STOP (upper right) button to increase the minute, and use the LAP/RESET (lower right) button to decrease the minute 6. press the MODE (lower left) button again and "second" is displayed and the second digits are flashing 7. use the START/STOP (upper right) button or the LAP/RESET (lower right) button to set the seconds to "00" 8. press the SET/LIGHT (upper left) button to accept the changes

Just bought an Adidas Seoul Watch ADH2044 and can't set the time. I've looked in the manual that came with it and online and can't find anything to help. The Adidas website isn't any help either.

Figured it out - Press & hold 'A' then press 'D'. THEN press 'B' to toggle through the selections to set T1. T2 (for another time zone) is up or down in the offset. Good luck!

btw - A, B buttons are from top to bottom on left and C, D are top to bottom right

My adidas adp1426 watch had a new battery put in and not none of the side buttons work, the only response i get is when I hold all four down at once it resets but continues to have the same problem, any...

Thank you for contacting FixYa.
Did you do the battery yourself or have a repair service center do for you??
It could be that the buttons are not making the correct contact or that it needs to be reset.
I would take back to service center and see it they can correct. If needed, you can also contact Adidas at :
http://www.adidas.com/us/shared/help/help_contact-us.asp

Start buttons don't work after battery change Adidas Sports Timer

You will have to open your watch, because the contacts or contact springs are not stiff enough, so, you need to make them stiffer.
Do as follows:
1) Open your watch caseback
2) Extract the movement (carefully and using tweezers), do not touch dial with fingers,
3)Take small brush and lighter fluid (ZIPPO) and clean all pushbuttons in case from inside and out pushing them rapidly, then use dust blower to dry the fluid out,
4)On the movement you will see contacts corresponding to each pushbutton on the case. Use needle or sharp metal pin to clean (scrape) off any visible residue from these contacts till they are shiny.
5)Pull all contacts on movement sligtly outwards using tweezers but be careful not to brake. This will make them stiffer.
6)Reassemble the watch and the problem should be sorted.
Do not forget to rate, please.

Light button causes the time to reset, why?

Your battery is low and needs to be replaced, the light uses much more power than it takes to run the display
