Washer does not fill quickly for rinse cyle

Sears Kenmore 91701 electric series, Model 417-99170110, Ser # W21711516. All other functions perform normally on this combo laundry center with the exception of the amount of water that enters the unit at the start of the rinse cycle, it only trickles in regardless of the water temperature or cycle selected.

Kenmore series 70 fills with water on rise cycle but stops halfway throught then starts agian and finishes is this normal

If this has always stopped during the rinse cycle, most likely it's the "cool down" part of the rinse cycle.

See the following Sears site for manuals. Enter your model number and you should be able to download the proper manual for your washer.

Our Kenmore Top Load Washer series 800 is not working properly. When you set the Control Cycle knob to start a normal load it agitates instead of filling up with water rinses instead of stopping the load...

We bought our Series 800 Washer (and dryer) in 08/2009. My wife has never been happy with them. It is off warranty now 10/5/2010. We have always had Kenmore... but she hates this set.
We are having the exact same problem with this washer. The current problem is on the regular cycle when it gets to the spin segment it does spin and all the water is removed HOWEVER just before it shut off it fills with rinse water.
I'll bet any money they are made in China. Looking for a solution on the web. Sears is no help.

Kenmore model 110 23832100 stps after wash cycle before the rinse cyle. The old water has not drained.

If the machine fills, and washes and won't drain or spin out the water you need a direct drive coupling. It is located at the bottom and is on the motor shaft and consits of 3 pieces. Check this first, easy fix and not expensive.

Kenmore 80's series top loader only works on wash and rinse cycle

This is a problem with the pump being stuck so the motor cant turn the whole thing. Turn the washer on its side, underneath you can acces the pump, which is connected to the motor by two long clips. remove the pump and take out the colg that caused it to get stuck.

Kenmore 80 Series top loading washer--will not stop filling with water at the beginning of the wash cycle and for the rinse cyle. Is there an easy fix or should I purchase a new washer? How much can I

The pressure switch is failed - remove the tube from inside the top console area and blow it out. If you're lucky it will again work - with no charge.

Kenmore 80 series washing machine

Marrr
Ingllis washers have a bad habit of picking up socks, small items anyway in the drain protector hose, slows down water flow but ensures the items dont get sucked into the impeller.
from the underneath you shhould be able to see a clear cup sized container with a hose in the side, held in with hose clamps. check if this is filled with any clothing, undo the hose clamps and you should bew able to empth the cup with fingers
