Your Camera records sound but does not play it back on the device. Go to www.vivitar.com and download the driver for your camera. Install it on your pc and you should have sound when playing video in windows media.

I believe that the sound recorded with video clips can only be played back on TV or computers. Try connecting to your TV or download the clip to your PC to test. Please update the question & let us know if the information given was useful to you - Good Luck!

Any luck with the sound on your video caps?
Did connecting to a TV work?

I have a ViviCam X014N. Everytime I take a close up pictures, the images comes up fuzzy. What am I doing wrong? I follow Macro setting recommending 30-45 cm away, but still no luch.

Sounds like you're not using a tripod. Macro pictures have a very small area that can be in focus....the slightest movement can cause the blurry pics.

When taking pictures they come out blurrie i try

Turn on your flash! Even in good lighting, shoot with the flash on. This will make your exposure shorter, and there will be less opportunity for movement of the camera or the subject to blur the photo.

BIOS menu not showing correctly!

Try removing the CMOS battery, waiting 10-30 seconds, and reinserting it. If the computer displays a "CMOS Checksum Error", the password will be cleared, but the BIOS settings will be lost.

I had the same problem and formated my disk. Now the camera works fine. You will lose any pictures taken previously.
