Re: Faint Blue Cloud in the middle of the screen -
I also have this problem. I was told that I need a replacement bulb. This made sense to me b/c the bulb light was orange on the front of the TV. I ordered a new bulb for @ $130. Will try to replace myself. Anybody know that replacing the bulb will not fix this problem?

This is likely an issue with the polarizing plates, which need to be calibrated or replaced. This is not something that can be done by the average user. If your problem persists, please send us a message: Projector Repair Bulb Replacement

if it is an lcd projector, its possible the lamp blew due to fan failure and the lamp getting hot prior to failure may have been enough to burn the lcd's. If it is an lcd projector, that's most likely what has happened
What you see on your screen are retrace lines, it can happen for various reasons. Jut lower the screen voltage by adjusting the knob specified as "screen" on the LOT, this will disappear.
I have the same problem as Posey.
