Canon NP-6035 persistent E002

I get a friendly error "E002 Switch the power OFF and ON again." Following those instructions yields nothing. It's a bit of an endless loop at this point. Any advice on this one is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your help! Do you know how to get to the heater lamp, or where I can find schematics that would show me?

There is a heating problem connected to the fuser. It could be the heater lamp or thermal switches. Lamp is most likely.

Hi there. Just remembered that the first ten ERROR codes are not reset by power cycling, they have to be reset via the service mode. Resetting the error may make the machine work, or the error will reappear.
To reset, locate the service mode actuation switch (little hole below the left hand meter counter) and insert something (a straightened paper-clip) to activate. If activated, a dollar sign $ appears on the touchscreen. Press * twice to enter the service mode. Using the << and >> keys select the *4* FUNCTION 01 screen. Highlight the ERROR box on-screen and press the OK box. This should cause the machine to reset the error and switch itself off. Power machine back on. Let me know how you get on.

My mechine display an error e002.

Error # 0002 indicates "Fuser temperature not rising at correct pace. Same possibilities as E000"
Error #000 refer to a number of possibilities "Fuser did not heat up. Lamp, thermal switch, thermistors, connections, AC driver, DC controller
Replace the Fuser Roller also known as the Pressure Roller or Upper Roller to resolve your problem.

It displays error code e002

its your fuser section,check heater lamp,thermofuse and thermistor if it not worn out.

My Canon copy NP 6035 if in turn it does not want to live. sound briefly returned to off himself. how the solution. thanks.

The copier comes ON then it turns it's self Off , Correct? Turn the copier back ON and hold the Main power switch ON and the display will show a error code. Read it and let the copier turn Off. You most likely have a dead AC short. The error code maybe a E0202 or E000 . One of the lamps are blown or broken and shorting out. You probly have a blown scanning Lamp or fuse. You may also, have a shorted out Scanner Power Cable. It's black and powers the scanner lamp > sometimes the cable crack's and exposes the AC wire. That is a fun job. It may just be a blown fuser lamp.. Good Luck

Code error E002// Icanot reset it

try this open the front cover on the left hand side try to look for small hole on the hole insert paper clip and press a little bit you will see asterisk on the lcd panel then press *4* then browse for resetting error then you can reset fixing error(E002)
