When I turn on my camera and view the photos, I can only view one photo that I took. The other fifty photos aren't visible. Then, when I plug my camera in to the computer, it shows all fifty-one of my photos. I know that my fifty photos must be stored somewhere, but I can't view them on my camera. Sometimes, it says "File Error" when I try to view them. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I found a solution to the problem.
1. Upload all the pictures to the computer and save them.
2. Press the Menu button. (On my computer, it says "Menu/ok.)
3. Scroll to "Setup 2" button.
4. Go to Format, and press "yes."
5. Go to reset and press "yes."
All your pictures will be cleared and there won't be any file error, and as for the deleted pictures, you will have already saved them on your computer.
I hope this helps.
And by the way, I wouldn't buy a new disk, because the same problem is bound to occur again sometime, and you'd have to buy a new disk everytime.

I would just upload all of them to the computer, then clear the camera

I have the same problem, when I try to review the pics it says file error. Some pics don't show up even on the computer when I upload them.
I have two grandchildren and I don't want to loose any of their pics. Any suggestions with the "file error" would be great.
Thanks
