11 month old system - filled with water - stopped! Light flashing for start, press start, two clicks, nothing happens... tried switching off, no joy. No manual so don't know if there is a "reset". Please help!
Drain the tube at the bottom right of the machine behind the panel and unscrew the knob and there should be lint and stuff in there to take out. do you know if this machine has a lint filter? I don't see one???
Just 11 month!
Do not try to fix it, jet.
You have 10 days warranty left.
I hope you have your buy ticket/invoice/recipe
call service center as soon as possible!
In case your warranty expired, there are many probable causes of the failure.
You need to give a more detailed description of the problem.
It is probable that you can find the user manual in the manufacturers webpage.
Or google "your model"+manual
Good Luck!

More than likely the heater element has failed.
This is located at the rear of the washer drum.
It means removing the rear half of the cabinet to access it.
possibly a foreign object in pump. tilt backwards at a good angle and remove pump. i find the easiest way to do this is to undo the 3 screws round the periphery of the pump
It appears that you may have a faulty door interlock or a faulty PCB. pcb is not really a DIY job as some boards require proramming on certain versions.
