Not getting cool water from dispenser in door

HI,

if the compressor is running your ref. should be getting cold. Their is a defrost timer but when it is in defrost the compressor shuts off. I think you do have a leak.

Water from dispenser will not be chilled . Cold water supply from dispenser will depend upon capacity of water tank located inside the freezer door or behineed the veg box.Normally it remains to be 1.1 lt to 1.4 lt. . It means if we take 200 ml glass of water in first supply tempratyre wud be approx. 12~14 degree & for next glass temp will be approx. 14~16 degree because as soon as you dispense few quantity of water automatically fresh water supply starts inside the tank.So if you are taking approx. 4-5 glass of water all glass will have different temrature of water ranging between 13 to 18 degree. It takes approx. 6 hr. for whole water tank to get temp of 13~14 degree again
