Thats one of the famous capacitor issue most likely. Thats the V26 Chassis DLP and usually that symptom is caused by failed DM and Power Board capacitors. There is a repair kit that will work in alot of cases with that symptom. If a warning light is on, there's a trouble code stored in the computer. There are well over 800-1,000 possible trouble codes in the average late model vehicle, so asking us to guess what's causing your problem without knowing the code is a complete waste of time. Either bad capacitors -vented - on power supply board or bad E2P eprom board on DM board.Probably the capacitors-4-1000Ufd and 2-3300ufd.You should get expert help from reputable tv shop.Not really do it yourself fix either way.
