First of all you want to make sure you install a driver for the joystick. If you have an Attack 3 joystick you would need to download the driver from HERE Then choose the operating system you are using
If you are not sure of your operating system right click on my computer and click on properties.
Then when you are done downloading the driver run the installation or setup of the driver software. DO NOT PLUG IN YOUR JOYSTICK UNTIL PROMPTED BY THE SOFTWARE TO DO SO.
When the software instructs you to plug in the joystick do so at that time. If your device is not found try following the same process on a different computer. If it works on the other computer you will need to make some changes to how your windows operates. If you continue to have problems Reply to this message and I will find answers to your questions.
