Configuration problem I renewed my nortons antivirus and does not show any downloads..I renew with Norton 360..having problems with symantec product configuration says symantec product not complete..then says cannot up date.net framework 1.1 (KB928366)I have confirmation showing it was renewed..

    Hi,i bought the Norton 360 product late last year and had to remove it

    again because it did not solve my antivirus issues. What happened was

    that even when there was a virus on the computer it told me that i was

    protected. I tried Comcast's Mcafee program. That worked. Computer

    was faster. Then i said since it's operating better i will go ahead and re-

    install my norton product since it would make sense me having it and not

    using it......did that back in the other day..big mistake. And this was after

    i uninstalled mcafee. now my pc's slower and shuts down sometimes.

    From i reinstalled it it's been telling me there's a configuration problem.

    What can i do? I have no money for more tech support.HHEEELLPPPP!

Norton is famous for this kind of problem. You can call their tech support, or just get AVG Free, which is what I've used for years. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/

Turn off Norton Automatic Renewal service This document provides you the steps to turn off or cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal service for your product to prevent future automatic billing and renewal. Turn off Norton Automatic Renewal service
  1. Go to Norton Management to cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal service.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.
  4. Under Automatic Renewal, next to the Norton product for which you want to cancel Automatic Renewal, click Off.

My Norton 2009 Antivirus software registration key is now invalid - I've never installed my copy till today. Please help.
Go the Norton AntiVirus" under "Subscription renewals" section and then choose the version you want to renew. Click on 'Continue.' for more help and information to renew norton antivirus . Hope this helps you.

Hi,

If you have purchased the renewal for Norton Antivirus you van click on renew now and enter the renewal code that you have recived in the e-mail of the purchase.
If you suspect virus on the computer go to the website www.norton.com/npe there you will get a Tool called Norton Power erasor Tool , You can Download and install that Tool . Then you can run that tool . Run a scan including registry scan .

Renewal free norton Antirus 2010.
If you only need the anti-virus component of Norton 360 (it also includes an email filter and some other components) then I would recommend a newly-available free antivirus program, see the instructions for installation here:

However, if you do need the other components of Norton 360 I would choose another paid software. You can either go online to Norton's website and download the newest version of Norton 360 here:

When the program tells you that it has expired five days ago there is likely a link in this window for a website at which you can renew your subscription. This is likely a cheaper alternative to buying an entire new version of Norton 360 and will do the same thing, so try following this link and paying to increase your subscription if you want the suite of security software.

Your computer will now be secured from threats again!

Renewed subsciption on 20/02/10 order no NP2966767 and paid by mastercard Norton says I have not renewed
You will get a confirmation email for the renewal. You can use the renewal code inside the confirmation email to activate the Norton product.

My computer keeps telling me my Norton AntiVirus cover is out of date. This was renewed on Friday 4 April. Order No. 1847546580. Password: tinker. Please confirm
You need to update this order number into Norton Antivirus. Additionally NAV may actually need to be reinstalled. Symantec should be able to talk you through any issues with your resubscription process, as you haven't been specific enough with what you have done on with your client software during the renewal fo your subscription.

Dxlb-19 screen adjustment My monitor has worked perfectly for years but has now started flashing up the on screen adjustment main menu panel. But I can't do anything with it as it disappears again just as quickly and I can't remember what the four silver buttons to the left of the identical power on/off button do.
