Zeepad 7.0 i just recieved my zeepad july 1, of 2013 and i'm enjoying every bit of it, but there is one problem. i can't figure out how to sync music from my computer to my device. i tried several times but then i seen a website on the zeepad to install some type of software but i'm not trying to give my computer a virus. please help me with this asap if possible. thanks!

This may be a firmware problem. I had this problem. Download a android firmware app. Actually it's called android firmware and updates app and it's free. I don't think these cheaper tablets update as they should, that causes them to not connect to the internet. Why? I don't know. It drove me crazy. I tried everything. My daughter figured it out after messing with the tablet for months.

Go to settings, look for clock etc. etc.

Here are the some simple steps to hard reset your ZeePad 7.0:- 1.)First of all,Go to Settings -> Storage -> Factory Data Reset. 2.)Otherwise,Power of the device completely. 3.) Now,Hold down both volumes and power button simultaneously. 4.)After doing this,you should get an android on its back opened up or something. 5.)Now,Press both volumes at same time to open up a small blue text menu. 6.)Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode. 7.)Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.

do a hardreset, this erase all if dont work update the firmware.
