Display shows "L" and "R" highlighted in Red

Directly above the, "seconds" remaining in the song on the display screen of the Main console, there are two letters highlighted in Red. I think they correspond to the Left and Right surround speakers (the two smaller speakers). The system seems to be working fine, but why are these two highlighted?

Maybe the sound setting is in mono mode versus stereo surround,this only occuring on older model surround systems. if that doesnt do it , try unhooking and then hooking the speakers back up or ; maybe they are even...................switched hope i could help i man fixxxxxxxxxxx

I have sound on my TV from the PS3 connection via HDMI, but no display...

From stand by (red LED) press and hold the power button, after about 5 seconds the PS3 will make a second beep. let go of the power button. This will reset your display settings.
if it asks you to display in HDMi and the screen remains black there after, just wait 30 seconds and it will default back to a lower resolution. This usually means that you have an HD READY TV which only supports 720. You can then cjange the display settings to what ever you like in the display settings menu.

I have a Kodak M850 Easy Share hooked up to my television with an mini HDMI cable. The picture shows nicely but I don't know what camera button to use to make a slide show appear on the tv. Can you help?

Starting the slide show

Press the Review button, then press the Menu button.
Move to highlight Slide Show [img data-src="http://resources.kodak.com/support/jpg/en/manuals/GLB_en_urg_00422_images/autourg00422004ID1198002.jpg" alt="">, then press the OK button.
Move to highlight your option, then press the OK button.

How to Fix display problems ( red display, or only for about 2 seconds display)

There are two problems, screen goes black after 2 seconds, red only. The problem is in the video processing board located on the back of the picture tube, it is well shielded against outside interference.

I have a CardioZone Commercial CG3 - 500. After 2-3 seconds of use the screen shows ERR 3. How do I fix? I tried turning off for a few minutes and re-trying but same problem. Thank you for you help!

If the console takesbatteries, replace them. If this does not work or your console does not requirebatteries, check the reed switch or optic sensor. Reed Switch:Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The reed switch is mountedon the frame next to the front roller pulley. There is a magnet glued into thefront roller pulley. When adjusting the reed switch, make sure it is pointingdirectly at the magnet. Move the tip of the reed switch within 1/8" of themagnet. Also, check to see that the wire is not damaged, and is connected tothe console.

2nd Step: tight the keypanel vs Display board and clean with contact cleaner spray . Tight the connector from Display Board vs Main Motor Board.

See the block diagram how the main motor board has aprox 90% functions in any treadmill. Good luck, Now you will strong resultant in determine what is faulty.

I changed the resolution for the display to 1080p and now the main screens will not show up. It it running and you can start the game by hitting x. Just the main screens do not work

You can reset the video back by following this method:

While the PS3 is off (solid red led) Hold Down the power button until you hear the SECOND BEEP, quickly release.

Let me know if that works ;)

Turns on nothing displays on the screen

Have your ps3 in standby mode (red light).
Now, press and hold the power button in the front down. Your ps3 will beep twice. Let it go almost exactly after you heard the second beep.
Wait 10-15 seconds. A display will show up, and just answer yes to all!

Nikon d50 highlights problem

That's the overexposed highlights display, to warn you when highlight details may be lost. Disable it by pressing the up arrow twice. First press shows you the histogram, second press shows pic only, no other info. It will remember this setting for all photos display (until you change it).

Playing mp3 songs on the ps3 --- 80gb

Whether you are hooking up your device through a USB cable or removable memory (SD card/Flash drive) the PS3 should recognize and play the titles. Here are a few steps to help you along.

1. Hook up device to your PS3

2. Select PS3 media icon where files files should be located

3. Press triangle button on controller

4. Sub menu will show up on side of screen

5. Select the 'display all' option

6. Files should now be accessable/loadable/playable

Playing files directly from the Mp3 player or loading them on the hard drive are both do-able and both methods should work.
