User's guide for kambrook electronic timer kd94

Could not find a free guide, but e-how lists the basic instructions.
Instructions
    • 1 Set the day and time on the timer. Press and hold "Clock." While holding the "Clock" button, press "Day" to scroll through the days of the week and select the correct one. Press the "Hours" and "Min" buttons to select the correct time. Release "Clock" when you are finished.
    • 2 Press "Prog" set the "On" time for the switch. The word "On" and the number "1" will appear on the left side of the display.
    • 3 Press "Day" to choose an individual day or a block of days. Choosing an individual day means that this specific program will only activate on that day; choosing a block of days means that the program will be active on each day in the chosen block.
    • 4 Set the time that you want the timer to switch on by using the "Hours" and "Min" buttons to select the appropriate time. Press "Prog" when you are done to complete your entry of the "On" time.
    • 5 Select the "Off" time for your timer by using the "Day," "Hours" and "Min" buttons to choose when you want the timer to switch off. Press "Prog" again to save this entry. Repeat steps two through six to set additional timers.
    • 6 Press "Day" and "Hours" to activate the random timer mode. An "R" will appear on the LCD screen, indicating that the timer is in Random mode. This will cause your timer to switch on and off at different times, following no set pattern.
    • 7 Press the button that looks like a hand with the index finger extended to perform a manual override. The display will show you whether it is in Manual or Auto mode, and whether it is turned on or off. "Manual On" means that the time is switched permanently on while "Manual Off" indicates that the timer is turned off. "Auto Off" activates the program that you have set, while "Auto On" turns the time on until the next schedule "Off" time, after which it continues to follow your programmed times.
    • 8 Press "Clock" and "Prog" at the same time to use the countdown feature. Use the "Hours" and "Min" buttons to select the length of the countdown, and press "Manual" to start.
    • 9 To reset the entire unit and clear all programmed times, use the end of a paper clip or a ball-point pen to press the "Reset" button, located above the "Manual" button.

How do I set the sleep timer? We got the tv from a friend and it had no manuel.

Programming the Sleep Timer:

  1. Press and release the TV key.
  2. Press and hold the SLEEP key for three seconds. The illuminated component name turns on.
  3. Release the SLEEP key.
  4. Using the number keys, enter the desired time in minutes (from 1-99 minutes). To set the timer to an umber under 10 minutes, first press 0 and then the desired number (e.g.,05 for five minutes). The illuminated component name blinks with each key press.
  5. Once the second number is entered, the illuminated component name turns off.
Tip Any key press other than the number keys is ignored. If you don't enter the sleep time within 10 seconds after pressing the SLEEP key, you must start over at step 1. The illuminated component name blinks four times and then turns off, indicating your attempt to program the Sleep Timer has been unsuccessful.
  6. The Sleep Timer is now set.
  7. Leave remote aimed at the TV. Once the Sleep Timer is set, you can continue to use the remote without affecting the Sleep Timer. However, because the timing mechanism for the Sleep Timer is built into the remote itself, the remote must be in TV Mode and pointed at the TV to activate the Sleep Timer.
Note: If the ONĀ·OFF key is pressed, the Sleep Timer is canceled.

Self Timer Activation

The instruction manual is quite poor. Once you have decided which option you would like (2 or 10 seconds) you must go back to the main menu to select which drive mode you would like. Single is default. From single, you can select self-timer, which will activate it for your next shot. The drive mode will always reset back to single after every shot so you'll need to set this up for every self-timed shot.

Happy shooting!
