My creative zen micro has around 790 songs on it and it says it is full. I have had as as many as 800 and something. Of course it should hold many more than that. Could you please tell me what the problem could be and how to solve it. Please do it in terms that are easily understood cause I am not very good when it comes to technological terms. Thank you.

first of all, evryone has different songs dat take up a doferent amount of space, mp3 files ake up mb's that add up to alot depending on source and song. also maybe you have more space than it says but its getting read wrong. call creative and get more info.
Sounds like the headphone jack socket is worn. This unfortunately a Creative known problem. There is a fix, suggest you go to the following web site which offers a step by step guide www.noboundrees.net/Micro_Fix/
-->Select appropriate information
Under the Drivers section, download 2.01.00
Under the applications section, download
9. Creative MediaSource Player/Organizer 3.30.21
Or I could just email you the drivers. I have a Zen Micro myself and have the CD also.
Or, you can just bypass the need for software if you are willing to use Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to your Zen. You can do this by upgrading the firmware to version 2.21.02. Same location as I mentioned above.
